Seafood may be overrun with seaweed, and organization for dining reservations lacks efficiency!!! Smoking in public areas could be better managed for guest comfort!!!

The place was wonderful and had very pleasant and really good staff who always gives great service, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel was next to what was actually available, and shadows, bushes, alleys, thanks to its marvellous location. Silent and modern rooms, the views of the mountains were absolutely fabulous.

We had an exceptional stay on our vacation.

The double room we stayed in was a nice size and well-kept on the balcony.

Group travel seekers should consider this place

The beach was fine I've never seen sand so white and soft. Our server at the buffet was fantastic always checking in on us.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but you can make it work.

Good hotel with good value for money. The location is directly at the beach, but the equipment of the rooms left something to be desired and was a bit outdated. Generally recommended, as most of the hotels nearby are in a relatively poor condition and offer less for the same money.

The beach and the hotel complex is super nice and the food is very varied and tasty

No free WLAN (not even in the lobby). The room wasn't cleaned properly. They use really cheap alcohol, which is inedible

Spent 12 nights in a swim-up room, and it was fantastic waking up to a clean pool just outside my door! Relaxing by the beach and enjoying the spa every evening. The only hiccup was the noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience 🌴

Big hype, little substance

Despite the nice beach and attentive staff, the food lacked flavor and often arrived cold. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained items found. Dining experiences did not meet expectations.

Well kept room, beautiful view from the terrace, friendly staff, very extensive buffet.

No possibility to visit the inland with its plantations.

Unfortunately it was only a short stay (2 nights). Everything was very appealing. High comfort factor!!!! . Next year a 1 or 2 week stay is planned!

Room needed updating. Bathrooms old and needed updating. Room at the adult section was rated 3.5. Spacious but very old.

Adults only, very apropriate! The views and the buildings are gorgeous! the cleaness in any places was perfect (beach, etc.). Many things to do! SPA excelent!

The same kind of music all the time and in every places, every days! The coktails are simple made and doesn't care about quality! Campari and lemon wasn't avaliable several times! Nobody told us how to manage the apartment equipments (air condinitioning, etc).

I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the overall maintenance of the facility. The beach setup. The friendly bellhops made getting taxis hassle-free. The garden view added a serene touch to my stay.
